We have a full-time service department trained to resolve issues from product warranties to installation issues. As part of the service team, we also have a dedicated service technician that is trained by both our manufacturer partners and our installers.

Order Tracking: Once you sign your contract your order is carefully tracked by our installation coordination team who will send you regular communications about the status of your order.
Warranty & Service: All the products Woodland sells are covered by the manufacturers warranty, according to the terms of the warranty. Manufacturer warranties can be obtained directly from their websites. Woodland provides a separate labor warranty, in addition to the manufacturer warranty for all Woodland installed products. As an authorized dealer, Woodland provides service for select damaged or missing products or parts within the manufacturer warranty period, except where the manufacturer directly provides such service.
