Woodland Custom Pre-finishing

For over 50 years, Woodland has been creating custom-matched and stained woodwork for new construction and replacement projects for customers who want a specific color or need to match existing windows, doors, frames, or trim. The increasing demand for custom color prompted us to invest in building a controlled environment for finishing windows and doors.


In 2007 we opened Woodland’s 6,000 SQ FT Finishing Facility to allow us to control the finishing process from beginning to end using a customer-supplied or selected color from our vast selection of Sherman Williams paints. We pre-stain or pre-paint your product before installation, eliminating stain accidents and odors from your home.

Our professional spray booth ensures a high-quality, consistent finish for windows and doors. The controlled environment minimizes dust and maintains optimal conditions for proper paint adhesion and curing, resulting in a smooth, uniform finish. It enhances efficiency with faster application and drying times, while advanced ventilation ensures safety and compliance. Versatile and efficient, it accommodates various sizes and shapes, enabling us to deliver superior custom-finished products.

Match Your Existing Casings & Leave No Unfinished Wood

It’s common for new windows not to match your old jambs and casings. Woodland Pre-Finishing services can match your jambs and casing to your new windows. Woodland’s services avoid the problem of unfinished surfaces on the sash by disassembling all components before finishing. We remove all the factory hardware to stain all edges of the sashes and then reassemble the hardware onto the window after it’s fully dried and cured. Unlike the competition, which is not going to the extreme prepping Woodland goes through.

Natural, stained, or painted finishes are available. Select from a variety of stains for different wood species. Or you can choose a clear coat, primed or painted finish in white or black. Many manufacturers offer custom matching colors. Also available from Woodland finishing services.*

Fiberglass FINISHES

You offer six-eight standard color choices with dual-color frame options if you wish to have a different interior color—low-maintenance acrylic finish. Fiberglass can also be painted to match exterior colors. However, it will void the finished warranty.* Interior option to choose bare wood to stain or select paint.*

Vinyl FINISHES

Like Fiberglass, vinyl windows come in six-eight standard color choices with a dual-color frame option if you wish to have a different interior color. Some vendors, like Quaker, offer custom color factory finishing. Vinyl can also be painted to match exterior colors. However, it will void the finished warranty.* Interior options to choose white or ivory paint, faux wood grain, or stained wood.

ALUMINUM FINISHES

All Aluminum windows and doors will offer the same color selection for interior and exterior finishing. Wood-aluminum doors offer wood finish options on the interior.


Painting extruded aluminum creates a baked-on finish that is maintenance-free. Options can include standard coatings or anodized finishes, which are higher-performance finishes.*


Many manufacturers offer an unlimited selection of colors.

  • What are replacement windows?

    New windows designed to fit into your existing window opening used to update your current ones and enhance your home

  • When do I need to replace my windows?

    When your home is no longer comfortable because you can’t maintain a consistent temperature.  Signs of rotting, water penetration, foggy or icy windows are also indicators it’s time to replace.

  • Are there any limitations regarding the number of windows you will install?

    Woodland will install as many windows as the customer needs, we do large jobs and small. Window installation will cost less when multiple windows are being replaced at the same time, making it far less cost effective to replace only one window.

  • Do you sell to contractors?

    Yes. We carry a large selection of new construction windows or replacement windows for remodeling applications at competitive prices.

  • Do you replace windows in Homeowners Associations?

    Yes. We’re well known in HOA’s because of our expertise working through the association approval process. We serve individual unit owners and entire buildings.
